We can provide Two (2), or even three (3) Caregivers to monitor the client in twelve-hour shifts, or eight-hour shifts if there is a third caregiver to meet the clients need. This means that a caregiver is available 24 hours a day to monitor and care for the client without the daily break period that a live-in caregiver is required to take.
This will extend the personal support to seniors in performing essential activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming. This continuous assistance empowers seniors to maintain their independence and dignity by ensuring help is readily available whenever needed. This service can be arranged according to the respective clients need.
We also provide tailor made service that provides elderly people or people with disabilities the social and emotional support they need to live happy and healthy lives. The services are typically non-medical, but the exact services provided will depend on the clients need, the individual’s skillset, and the needs of the senior.
Companion care aims to enhance your loved one’s quality of life. Companions can assist with hobbies, activities, and outings that promote mental stimulation and enjoyment. If your loved one needs extra exercise, a companion can help them take walks or get some time outdoors during nice weather.
Grace Care LLC guarantees that our Caregivers will respect the boundaries of our clients in respecting their space and dignity while we carry out our duties at the highest possible level that we could.
We also provide hourly services when required by our client based on their need basis. Caregivers can help with daily activities such as companionship, personal care and assistance with mobility if needed.
Our hourly engagement period ranges from 4hrs / 6hrs / 8hrs / 12hrs and even 24hrs and this will be tailor made based on the clients need.
We are committed to upholding and valuing our seniors or client’s dignity when it come to their personal care. We will provide care that supports the self-respect of the person, recognizing their space and boundaries, capacities and ambitions, and will not undermine their choices.
Our priority is to involve our client to make decisions relating to their care and we will just be supporting them to fulfil their needs.
Based on the clients need, we can also carryout light household services such as maintaining a clean, tidy home and kitchen and bath clean-up, linens washing, making beds regularly and any other light housekeeping duties needed from time to time.
As we mentioned, this can all be discussed and agreed by both parties (Grace Care LLC and our Clients)
We can also arrange temporary care that provides temporary relief for the primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or spend time with their families and friends. It can be planned or emergency care, and it can take place in a variety of settings.
Grace Care LLC is a big supporter of work-life balance, and we are open to arrange Respite Care services on a 24hr basis.
We also provide home care services to memory care senior at the comfort of their home. If a client wants to keep their loved ones who has any form of dementia, please reach out to us as we have experienced caregivers who have previous experience and are capable of taking care of their loved ones at the comfort of their own home.

His professional background is Operations and Project Management specialised in Procurement and Logistics. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with Double Majors in Finance and Project Management Analysis and has 22years of accumulated work experience within various organisations ranging from the public sector, private sector as well as International NGOs. He also has a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration graduating from the University of the South Pacific in 2022. His expertise in Business Operations is maximised in this family business and will support the day-to-day operations of Grace Care LLC.
Susan is the founder of Grace Care LLC. She was fascinated in the Caregiver Industry after migrating to the United States 10years ago. Being a School Teacher for 25years after graduating from Bachelor of Education, she became attracted to the Caregiver business when she moved to California. She did her CNA Course in 2019 and later graduated with Bachelor of Social Worker in 2023 while working as a caregiver full-time and doing part-time study. Later in 2023, Susan managed to register her own agency with the California State Department of Social Services to materialise her passion and dreams after identifying the potential within Caregiver Industry and that is how Grace Care LLC was formed. Of course, with the help of her family members and few like-minded friends and mento’s.
