Caregivers help seniors and older adults with non-medical activities of daily living including meal preparation, assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation and much more. Care and companionship are available on an hourly or a live-in basis. We are the experts when it comes to 24-hour live-in care
We tailored our services to meet the unique needs of each client to ensure they receive the best possible care in the comfort of their own home. Our home care services can help aging adults stay engaged in everyday life with tailor-made support by professional caregivers to stay safe and well at home.
We tailored our services to find the right balance between support and independence for our clients by assisting them physically as well as boosting their self-esteem, preserving their dignity and improving their overall quality of life. It means giving them the power to make choices, carry out daily activities and enjoy life in their own way. Our services are designed to create an environment where seniors can be independent while still getting the help they need. They are tailored to each person’s unique needs and respect their own space and boundaries. We believe that striking this fine line balance will allow older people to age in place and stay connected to the things and people they love.
Home safety interventions for older adults are essential to help them age in place and maintain their independence. These measures focus on preventing accidents and creating a supportive living environment. Our highly experienced caregivers are trained to conduct regular assessments of the home environment they work in to identify potential safety concerns and provide recommendations through the proper channel for the necessary adjustments to mitigate hazards. Implementing preventive measures, such as installing grab bars, can drastically reduce the likelihood of accidents. Caregivers play a critical role by assisting seniors in navigating their homes safely and performing household tasks, ultimately enhancing overall comfort and safety.

Sue from Grace Care LLC. was a caregiver for my mother for many of her final days. She provided for much needed care my mother needed needs. This service includes diapering, shifting her positions, feeding and so forth.
Grace Care LLC. is a very dependable and pleasant Home Care agency to work with. Sue was my caregiver starting from January 2025. Their charges were the lowest rate I can possibly secure around the Bay Area and their services even includes transportation to the hospital for my doctor’s appointment at my schedule date.
Titty was my sister’s homecare giver allocated by Grace Care LLC before she passed on January 2025. My sister received the best care available from the passionate and dedicated services provided by this caregiver from Grace Care LLC. Her skills and professionalism is top-notch.
Caregivers are highly trained and educated, compassion and commitment alone are not enough to deliver exceptional care. We learned that from day one that highly trained and experienced Caregivers.
